A client who wishes to terminate a project before the project begins is asked to do so with at least 48 hours advanced notice as a courtesy. If the client cancels the same day, however, they are responsible to pay a $25.00 cancelation fee. Clients requesting projects that require landscaping material such as mulch, plants or other materials that are to be part of the completed project are required to pay for this material in advance of the job and will receive a paid invoice from Wedge Landscaping LLC as proof of said payment. Payment for completed jobs must be made in full and immediately upon completion. Failure to do so will result in a 1.5% simple interest rate daily after 30 days of the project being completed. If a customer needs a payment plan set up for a project, this can be arranged but must be requested before the job begins to avoid penalties. Clients opting to pay by any method other than cash or check are subject to a 4% fee to cover online/card fees imposed by the method being utilized. By accepting a job proposal (estimate), the client agrees to all terms listed in this section. Unless otherwise stated by the client, any pictures taken by Wedge Landscaping LLC on the client's propery with intent to display a before, during or after effect of the job is property of Wedge Landscaping, LLC and may be posted or shared online as advertising.
